I started this a little less than a month ago and noticed a difference right away. I began taking one a day because I'm sensitive to everything. I didn't really feel any different so started taking 2 the next day. I definitely notice more energy getting me through that afternoon slump without caffeine. My husband tried them too so now I'm out before my next order came in and I'm feeling it. Will continue to take them as long as they continue working.
