Has helped with ADD issues

I wanted to mushroom superbend this as a health benefit but also to see about weaning myself off the 35mg of Ritalin I was needing to take everyday. The stimulant shortage has effected getting my script every month and has caused a lot of added anxiety.

I started weaning off the Ritalin for a few days before I started these. Two days ago I stopped taking the Ritalin fully.

I feel that the supplements are working well but it feels natural, not chemical, so it’s not as noticeable. It doesn’t cause the jitters or restlessness that a narc does when it releases.

I base it working off of how my ADD symptoms were before Ritalin. I can tell I’m still getting support with my EFD since I can sit down and get back up again after taking a break. If ya have EFD issues you know how much of a win that is! Lol

I’ll update in a few weeks but I have a feeling that I’m off stimulants for good 🙌🏼

What I've been looking for

I usually don't write reviews but the results from Vitality Superblend have been so good, I felt the need to write one. I've taken it for 3-4 days now and the effects were immediate. On day one, I noticed that my creativity began to improve. I used to struggle coming up with ideas for my blog and this has definitely improved the brain fog.
